Debbie holds a Master’s degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and has studied at prestigious institutions such as the University of Leuven in Belgium, Ashridge University in the UK, and Harvard Business School. She has also contributed to the academic community through her published work and guest speaking engagements at renowned institutions such as Georgia Institute of Technology.
