Do you test your candidates on accounting proficiencies?
We screen and/or test candidates on accounting, finance and other technical criteria based on specific requests from our clients including:

- Administering various skills assessments
- Administering specified third-party testing onsite or remotely

Drug screens including 10, 9 panel and 5 panel rapid drug tests. We can satisfy most background check and drug screen requirements from our clients. We complete the required background checks for all direct-hire and temporary positions, as necessary. This is included in our services and is not an additional fee.

Does Brilliant offer insurance benefits?
In all cases, Brilliant serves as the employer of record for the employees we place at client locations. Under the ACA, we take full responsibility for any required coverages. All full-time equivalent employees (average 30+ hours per week) of the company are eligible for coverage the first of the month following 60 days of employment. The coverages offered are within the standards established under the ACA. Employees on assignment have the same insurance plan options as our internal employees. Details of those plans include:
- HMO, PPO, high deductible PPO, and HSA medical plans
- Dental PPO
- Vision
- Paid Time Off
- Flexible work arrangements
After the assignment ends, employees are covered on those policies through the last day of the month of termination. Some restrictions apply.
