The job-search process can be a bit daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. Our recruiters work with you from the time you start updating your resume to the time you accept the job offer—and every step in between.

It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for a temporary role or a permanent position —

We know the ropes.

1. Get ready for that interview!

We prepare you for the whole interview process from start to follow up. We will work with you to understand the job at hand, role play your questions and answers, as well as instruct you on proper follow up.

2. Say yes and impress!

Once the interview process wraps up and our client extends you a job offer, we will walk you through the next steps of the hiring process including how to handle your first day and what to expect.

3. Stay in touch!

To ensure you are happy in your new role, we have quality control practices we use to keep in contact with you after your assignment starts or you’ve been permanently placed. You won’t get rid of us too easily!

Be aware of scammers!

Brilliant will never ask a job seeker to pay anything out of pocket or make you submit a credit report. We will also never ask for your social security number before placing you on an assignment. Our official domain is brilliantfs.com, and we will never reach out to you via a Gmail or other personal email address. If you are unsure whether an email is legitimate, it likely is not. Please reach out to us if you ever have questions.

What job types do you have available?

Prior experience is a large factor when it comes to landing a job and a contract role is a great way to gather that experience. Often in contract positions, you are employed short-term to work on various projects or interim assignments. Whether you want to gain new skills or are transitioning and looking to test out a role, a contract position is perfect for accumulating experience.

A contract-to-hire role has the possibility to turn into a direct-hire opportunity. Throughout the role, you can test out if you have the right skill set for the job, can assess the company culture to see if there is a mutual fit and get a feel for the responsibilities at hand to see if it is something you can be successful in and enjoy long-term. You will learn what the position entails and work your way into a permanent spot within the company you were contracted to.

A direct-hire opportunity is a full-time, permanent role within a company. This is not a contract or temporary engagement. The employer will offer you a position within the company for the long term.

More than 80% of our working candidates rate us a 9 or 10 out of 10 in satisfaction. That gives us an NPS of 75% (above the industry average of 18%) and an average score of 9.2 (above the staffing average of 8.6).
