We proactively partner with organizations to determine future needs. Our due diligence helps us learn about the company and consult with hiring managers to develop a plan for interim staffing or direct-hire requirements.


We prescreen our candidates as part of our talent networking process. We actively recruit professionals with the proper skillset for the specific needs of the engaged organization.

Present Candidates

We present high-quality contract and direct-hire resources to the hiring manager(s) via a phone call, virtually or in-person.

Select Candidates

Once the talent presented is assessed, we work with the hiring manager(s) to select who to move forward and when the assignment or placement will begin. 

Quality Control

We remain in contact with the organization after the assignment or placement begins, and survey both the hiring manager(s) and the working professional(s) on a regular basis.
