The compensation information included in the 2017 Brilliant Salary Guides is based off market research and other proprietary data collected by the firm to determine important compensation trends.
According to its research, Brilliant expects salaries to increase by an average of 3 percent for accounting and finance roles, and closer to 4 percent for IT positions, in the coming year for the greater Chicago and south Florida markets.
