The Chicago-based staffing firm ranked No. 6 on America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms and No. 25 on America’s Best Executive Recruitment Firms lists
CHICAGO, Illinois (May 5, 2017) — Brilliant™, an award-winning search, staffing and management resources firm specializing in accounting, finance and information technology, was named on Forbes 2017 lists of America’s Best Recruitment Firms this week. For America’s Best Professional Recruitment Firms, Brilliant ranked No. 6, and for America’s Best Executive Recruitment Firms, Brilliant ranked No. 25.
A total of 250 firms ranked on each of the lists.

Forbes partnered with an analytics firm Statista to compile two lists of America’s best recruiting firms. The first list ranks 250 professional search firms, which place employees in roles with less than $100,000 in annual income. The second set ranks 250 executive search firms, defined as companies that place executives in positions with at least $100,000 in annual pay.
Statista consulted with trade organizations and company databases to identify 4,000 recruiters in each of the two categories. Then it invited thousands of recruiters, professionals who had worked with recruiters over the past three years, and HR managers to take an online survey. The survey asked them to recommend up to 10 recruiting firms (excluding their own), and it gathered 20,000 recommendations. The companies with the most recommendations ranked highest.
Chicago had the second-highest number of recruiters on the lists, only lower than New York.
