Christopher Rowan joins the Brilliant team to lead its recruitment and sales methodology initiatives
CHICAGO, Illinois (February 15, 2022)— Brilliant®, an award-winning direct-hire, contract and consulting practice specializing in accounting, finance, audit, tax and technology, announced the hiring of Christopher Rowan, new Director of Training and Development.
Rowan joins the firm as Director of Training and Development to lead all onboarding, orientation, professional and leadership training, job board management and other recruitment and sales methodology strategies for the firm’s 50+ team members.
Rowan brings more than 20 years of experience building and growing teams from small to mid-size to Fortune 500 companies in the areas of instructional design, employee engagement, recruitment and sales strategies, and other process improvement measures.
Rowan will be a part of the Brilliant leadership team and will report to Brilliant CEO, Sheldon Schur.

Most recently, Rowan was Director, Training & Development at Diversant, an IT consulting firm. Before that, he spent a decade at Manpower, a global consulting giant, where he led and trained orientation and onboarding, identified process improvements, helped prioritize opportunities and built a performance consulting model for hundreds of employees. Prior to that, he worked for an insuratech firm leading more professional development efforts.

Rowan will alternate his work schedule between his home base in Milwaukee, WI, and the downtown Chicago and the Fort Lauderdale offices throughout the year.
