Coty Hinman is the Controller of Brilliant and has been with the company since 2011.
Prior to her role as Controller, she held multiple positions within the Brilliant Accounting & Operations team.
With over 12 years of experience in back-office operations, she currently oversees the day-to-day accounting operations, financial statement preparation, business analytics and is the resident ATS superuser.
Coty graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts after initially pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. She later earned a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
She resides in Kansas City, MO, with her husband and furry friends.
