Brad Chesin is part owner and CEO of Labor Source Holdings, LLC. He oversees Labor Source Staffing – a Midwest-based emergency response staffing company specializing in restoration and light industrial labor, and, Power Labor Staffing – a Texas-based skill trades staffing company specializing in providing skilled labor to the commercial construction industry.
Prior to Labor Source Holdings, Brad was the CEO of Construction Labor Contractors (CLC), a private equity-backed Cleveland, Ohio-based skill trades staffing company where over the course of four years he tripled the size of the company and ultimately led the organization to a lucrative sale.
Brad has been in the staffing industry for nearly 40 years and has held leadership roles including a Senior Executive role over a 14-year period where he developed and grew an Atlanta-based staffing organization’s franchise program to $200 million. He served as the President of Belcan Staffing where he led the Cincinnati-based company to record growth before divestiture. Brad also owned and operated his own staffing consulting business where he developed relationships with numerous private equity firms which retained him for projects such as restructuring, valuations, acquisitions and exit strategies. He also consulted for companies such as SelecSource, People 2.0 and Stafftime.
Brad actively serves on the board of directors for Brilliant and Labor Source Holdings, LLC and is a past board member of Construction Labor Contractors.
Chesin is actively involved with staffing organizations such as SIA and ASA.
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University and resides in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
