Recent experience includes booking monthly journal entries and accruals as part of the month-end close process. Systems experience includes Sage Intacct, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Great Plains, SAP, ADP, RealPage, QuickBooks and Buildium.
Additional qualifications include:
- Prepared account reconciliations for payroll, utilities and fixed assets
- Prepared daily, monthly, annual account analyses and/or reconciliations for general ledger accounts, and/or subledger processes to be posted to the general ledger
- Aided in the annual external audit and internal audits by preparing PBC (prepared by client) audit schedules
- Created intercompany AP invoices
