Senior Tax Accountant

This polished Senior Tax Accountant is a CPA candidate with more than 10 years of overall tax accounting/analysis/full-cycle accounting experience. Recent experience includes domestic corporate/partnership income, gross receipts and state/local tax return preparation and review. Industry experience includes public accounting. Systems experience includes QuickBooks, EDI, Tableau, Alteryx, Agile, Alvera, Aski and advanced Excel.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Strong Tax planning and forecasting projects
  • Strong relationships with multistate tax authorities
  • High level of U.S. GAAP knowledge and stays up to date on best practices
  • Proven relationship management skills and experience establishing rapport, trust and confidence with clients and peers
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong true and false logic formula experience, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and embedded if statements
