This bilingual (English & Spanish) Senior Accountant is pursuing a bachelor’s degree and has 10 years of accounting experience. Recent experience includes preparing and sending inventory reports, cash receipts, checks, return items and customer credits on a weekly basis. Industry experience includes distribution and logistics. Systems experience includes QuickBooks, Account Mate and Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups).

- Reconciled bank and credit card statements monthly
- Sent and received all ACH and wire transfers and applied to appropriate accounts
- Reconciled several different subsidiary accounts monthly and processed all intercompany transactions
