This versatile Senior Accounting consultant with 10 years of experience has exposure to a variety of ERPs, accounting procedures, company sizes and industries. Recent expertise includes Excel manipulation to augment, test and reconcile systems in addition to month-end close, financial statement preparation, fixed assets, and account/bank reconciliations. Systems experience includes SAP, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Host Analytics, SharePoint, Nexonia, Paychex, Lanyon, Aptify, Peach New Media, PayPal Manager, Elavon, Timberline, MAPICS, FAS 100, FAS 100 and Excel.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Participated in the month-end close process including executing AR and AP, posting journal entries, preparing account and bank reconciliations and performing account analysis to understand variances better
  • Reconciled clean-up and catch-up activities
  • Provided year-end audit support by compiling PBC items
  • Assisted with BPC SAP consolidation system implementation including the tying out of 18 months of balance sheets and income statements, as well as performing research related to variances/issues identified
  • Assisted with system conversion from MS Dynamics to Oracle Fusion for fixed assets, project costs, and suppliers which involved downloading GL data for 600+ ledgers from MS Dynamics and inputting this data into templates along with additional field data to be uploaded
  • Acted as System Administrator for Host Analytics Financial Reporting & Forecasting/Budgeting Software; involved troubleshooting issues with employees trying to add their budgets
