SEC Reporting/Controller

Recent experience includes leading process improvements on projects to implement account reconciliation and close management software. Industry experience includes manufacturing and distribution. - Participated in a $1 billion acquisition of UK based subsidiary including the development of accounting, designing and executing opening balance sheet review, implementing purchase accounting including all valuation activities and developing the necessary reporting structure of the acquisitions reporting segments
- Led project to reallocate $2 billion of existing goodwill to newly determined reporting units including the 3rd party valuation work and development of reporting to BOD
- Led accounting and finance teams in the two-year implementation of SAP
- Managed internal resources and coordinated with outside consultants
- Prepared MD&A for all SEC filings and assisted in reviewing the 10K and 10Q
