This strong M&A Advisory, Due Diligence, Integration, Change Management M&A and Finance leader is a CPA and PMP with an MBA and more than 15 years of experience in deal and transaction advisory services within the Big 4. Expertise includes managing full lifecycle from building the M&A framework, playbook, due diligence, valuation, integration planning, governance, managing data rooms to building and upscaling teams, and analyzing synergies and risks.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Performed 80+ transactions from buy-side and sell-side
  • Led $1 billion project buy-side acquisitions and mergers
  • Managed a full M&A deal flow down to the final month-end close optimization but also provided change management leading process developments, flowcharting, training/manuals and cross-functional team meetings
  • Led a $2 billion acquisition integration of a large manufacturing company with multiple entities and business units
  • Built out the M&A playbook, managed due diligence, led integration planning, governance, managed tools and templates, analyzed current state of business vs. future state, and built out the new organization’s structure
  • Managed the corporate accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, audit, commercial and supply chain functional areas of an integration
  • Provided analysis across business operations, income statements, balance sheet, cash flow and recommended strategic decisions
  • Worked with transition service agreements, intercompany accounting, order to cash and procure to pay, process optimization of month-end close and corporate accounting procedures during integration
