This Full Charge Bookkeeper has more than 13 years of extensive, full-spectrum accounting experience including financial reporting, budget management, accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank and credit card reconciliations, invoicing and related accounting/admin duties. System knowledge includes Quickbooks and Excel.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Processing payroll for 700 employees weekly
  • Conducting bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Handling lien waivers, vendor maintenance and billing
  • Creating invoices to bill to clients
  • Processing up to 500 invoices weekly in a 3-way match environment
