Recent experience includes several years as Vice President and Interim Vice President at two companies. Industry experience includes professional services, financial services, building and construction. Systems experience includes advanced Excel.

- Provided investment banking and corporate finance advisory services to publicly traded and closely held companies including merger & acquisition (M&A) advisory, transaction opinions (fairness and solvency), corporate board advisory and restructuring engagements
- Worked alongside senior management and boards of directors on complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, divestitures, recapitalizations, related party transactions and spin-offs
- Performed a solvency analysis and provided a solvency opinion to the board of directors of a privately held, private equity sponsor backed company that is completing a $1.3 billion dividend recapitalization transaction
- Interacted with new and existing clients to determine scope of engagement, performed due diligence, gathered information and presented analysis conclusions to senior management and boards of directors
