Systems experience includes QuickBooks, Flexiglass, IQMS, Crystal Reports, Micello 360 and Excel.

• Converted a company from an average cost to a standard cost system, resolving numerous inventory valuation issues, and implemented a direct labor utilization report resulting in a substantial improvement in the company’s gross profit
• Reduced the physical inventory time from 3 days to 1; then eliminated year-end physicals with cycle counts
• Implemented a balanced scorecard of the company’s metrics
• Created benchmarks/KPIs for measuring the financial and operating performance of the company
• Participated in the strategic planning for product line sales and profitability
