  • Entered all invoices into QuickBooks and paid vendors bi-weekly via check, ACH and wire transfer
  • Performed bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Coded all invoices and expenses to the GL
  • Processed Florida sales tax monthly
  • Reconciled all vendor statements
  • Collected on any past due accounts over 90 days
  • Set up all new vendors
