The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released its monthly employment numbers. The BLS reports the U.S. added 263,000 jobs and the unemployment rate fell to 3.5% in September. The average hourly earnings rose by 0.3% and only 5.2% of professionals worked remotely. Still, the labor market remains robust and wages are strong.
