Kevin Hull is the Director of Brilliant’s Fort Lauderdale location and new markets.
In 2017, Kevin was named one of the 40 under 40 according to the South Florida Business Journal.
Kevin started his career with Brilliant in 2009 as an associate and played a key role in the initial growth of the downtown Chicago office. In 2012 due to the continued growth of the company, Kevin was selected to open and manage the first branch office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he was tasked with the start-up and oversight of the day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Brilliant, Kevin was a managing partner of Morgan Parker Staffing, a boutique South Florida-based accounting and finance search firm, where he was responsible for recruiting, sourcing and pre-screening candidates, establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring organizations, assisting customers in assessing their talent management practices, and overall management of the company’s operations.
After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Kevin worked for a real estate firm in their acquisitions department as an analyst, and quickly realized the area of business he was working in was not conducive to achieving his career goals. Through Kevin’s personal contacts, career advice from his mentors and business connections, he uncovered his strong desire to help people and corporations achieve their career and business aspirations.
After this discovery he began his career in the search and staffing industry.
Kevin is also active in the South Florida community where he is a board member and director for Make-A-Wish Southern Florida.
