Brilliant™, a rapidly-growing search, staffing and management resources firm, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Management Resources team. This individual must blend cold-calling techniques with networking and relationship-building efforts to maintain existing, and draw new, business opportunities on a consistent basis.
This Business Development Manager will need to achieve monthly business development activity goals and effectively collaborate with internal business units to leverage large, client opportunities through cross selling and flipped business orders. Efficient verbal and written communications skills are a must and new job order details must be expressed to internal teams clearly and concisely.
This position will join our other Business Development teams (e.g. Financial Search, Financial Staffing and Technology Staffing) on client visits and conference calls, when applicable. This individual will be responsible for client quality-control processes, build and manage a target list of client companies in multiple categories, and document all aspects of business development and client communication
activities in our CRM/HRM system.
