Our understanding goes deeper than delivering candidates for interviews.

The name Brilliant™ has a deep rooted meaning. It refers to the translation of the Chinese Character composing our logo. The character has a compound meaning and represents the sun and moon. The sun by itself translates as a very high level of consciousness in a conscious mind. Individually, the moon translates to a very high level of consciousness in a sub conscious mind. The combined character of the sun and moon, loosely translates to a Brilliant state of mind or a Heightened Awareness, which describes our approach to staffing services. 

We use a unique consultative approach to develop a heightened awareness of both client hiring needs and candidate talent. Heightened awareness delivers superior results for the candidate, hiring manager, and organization. It consists of three levels of awareness: Organizational, Talent, and Satisfaction.

Organizational Awareness is developed by proactively seeking out relationships with organizations and hiring managers before the need for interim staff arises. We meet face to face and systematically break down short and long-term organizational, as well as departmental and individual position requirements. We outline a plan for each organization that not only considers necessary skills, but personality, work environment, and culture. Our definition of awareness is not that a staffing opportunity exists, but a vast number of variables must be analyzed before a true solution can be delivered.

Talent Awareness is developed by proactively networking - not by reading resumes. Our focus is meeting and assessing available accounting, finance, and information technology professionals. We network within accounting, finance, and IT associations, as well as professional groups. Our staffing professionals will interview and get to know each and every candidate, discovering their needs and skill set through our customized, Brilliant evaluation process. Only after careful assessment will a talented person be partnered with a hiring company.

Satisfaction Awareness is how we measure our successful delivery of optimum results. We follow through after we match talented people with staffing assignments, surveying the talent, and the organization to make sure both have achieved goal attainment. And if the prospective candidate is tapped for a permanent placement position, the Brilliant process seeks and delivers not only company goal attainment, but assures candidate career path optimization as well. Thus insuring a cohesive and mutual employee and employer relationship well into the future.
