Our name Brilliant has a deep rooted meaning. It refers to the translation of the Chinese Character composing our logo. The character has a compound meaning and represents the sun and moon. The sun by itself translates as a very high level of consciousness in a conscious mind. Individually, the moon translates to a very high level of consciousness in a sub conscious mind. The combined character of the sun and moon, loosely translates to a Brilliant state of mind or a Heightened Awareness, which describes our approach to staffing services. We develop a Heightened Awareness of the environment in which we bring hiring companies and candidates together.
Organizational Awareness is developed by our proactively seeking out relationships with organizations & hiring managers before the need for interim staff arises. We meet face to face and systematically break down short and long-term organizational, departmental and individual position requirements. We outline a plan for each organization that not only considers necessary skills, but personality, work environment and culture. Our definition of awareness is not that a staffing opportunity exists, but that a vast number of variables must be analyzed before a true solution can be delivered.
Talent Awareness is developed by proactively networking not by reading resumes. Our focus is meeting and assessing available accounting and finance professionals. We network within accounting and finance associations and professional groups. Our Staffing Professionals will interview and get to know each and every candidate, discovering their needs and skill set through our custom Brilliant evaluation process. And then only after careful assessment will a Talented Person be partnered with a hiring company.
